In order for the situation in which we practice to be relevant, it must be just as in reality: with the language of the organization, the behaviors that characterize it, and in the relevant situations in which it should improve.
That is why we create unique workshops in which you could train in your relevant skills, in situations which are unique to your organization.
We believe in customizing simulation workshops on any subject: learning new skills, organizational change,organizational processes (such as evaluation, apprenticeship); improvement of practices (link to simulation workshops for interpersonal skills) (such as sales, negotiations and more…) – dedicated gathering can be created, to provide experiential learning through dramatized simulations.
We will conduct an introductory meeting with you, perform diagnosis and assess the exact intervention for you so that it accurately reflects what occurs in your organization, and allow the participants to learn and experience new ways of action.
