Organizational change

Everything an executive needs to make a dream a reality.

Organizational change

“Better is what he sees with his eyes than that which goes to sate his appetite”, Ecclesiastes, 6, 9.
One of the great challenges in organizational change is the ability to create a clear and detailed future image, so that everyone involved knows and understands their role, and is committed to it.
The use of simulation within the process of organizational change helps to create clarity for the participants in the process as to what is expected from them, and the understanding of what adaptive behaviours are and what the change actually looks like in the organization’s everyday life.

Simulation workshops help narrow the gap between the dream and reality, in that they allow practicing and experiencing challenging situations, and give the participants the opportunity to experience perceptible expressions of the vision in real life.
In practice, we will integrate a professional process of organizational change whether existing or new, and create challenging, everyday situations of the organization after the change.
These situations will accurately show bottlenecks and typical situations which create difficulties and delays in realizing the change in the organization’s work routine.
The participants will watch demonstrations of different models of coping, and experience different situations themselves. This will produce joint learning and elucidation of core issues in the meanings of the change and its ramifications.
